What happens if i start wearing my tight retainer again after 2 years? My teeth moved as a whole.. a little..? - tight teeth
I have the epilogues year later, losing more than 6 months. It is very tight, but still kind of attack, and I want to move my teeth back in their place (which has moved a little.)
I wore it different for one night and my teeth and development.

I tried the same thing a few years ago, there were no more, and over time my teeth become damaged. If you are still using in shape as much as possible, otherwise move the teeth towards the front in the wrong direction and will live with it or spend thousands of dollars in future reinforcements. I had braces for over 3 years and plan to return once I can afford it. I do not so careless use of my time holding on.
